I've found this edition of the Machineries of Joy in my attic and have just finished 'The One Who Waits' This perfectly depicts my fears of Mars and why, if offered, I wouldn't accept a jaunt to the red planet. What a fine example of genius writing, not surprising really considering Ray Bradbury.
